We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the development and execution of our agentic AI platform. As Founding Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for shaping the technical direction and driving strategic initiatives forward.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and own the architecture of our agentic AI platform, ensuring scalability and efficiency in production environments.
  • Design and implement scalable backend infrastructure for automation workflows, leveraging expertise in Python or comparable languages.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation across departments.
  • Cultivate strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity, driving technical execution across priorities and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in backend or systems engineering, with a proven track record designing and scaling complex systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred), with deep experience working with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in Python or comparable languages in production environments, and a bias toward shipping high-quality products quickly.
  • Familiarity with automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment best practices.
  • Able to operate with a startup mentality, prioritizing autonomy, responsibility, and rapid iteration in a fast-paced environment.
