Job Title: Virtual Product Development Expert

Overview

The Virtual Product Development Expert will be responsible for executing component-level safety system simulations with a focus on steering wheels, using tools like Hypermesh, Abaqus and LS-Dyna.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently execute meshing and simulation projects with minimal guidance.
  • Deliver quality results on time.
  • Learn new tools and methods to execute diverse tasks.
  • Support simulation activities across multiple teams for steering wheel projects.
  • Take ownership of personal deliverables and support team activities.
  • Analyze test and simulation results to drive improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Core Competencies

  • Strong fundamentals, analytical ability and engineering basics.
  • Proficiency in pre-processors like Hyperworks, LS-Pre-Post and Primer.
  • Hands-on experience in Abaqus/LS-Dyna (Implicit and Explicit Analysis).
  • Ability to learn and create new methods to execute multiple projects.
  • Good communication skills; strong team player.
  • Quick learner with a passion to explore new methods.
  • Adaptability to changing business scenarios.

Qualifications

  • B.E. in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Engineering.
  • Certifications/Accreditations: Trainings and certifications related to CAE software preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant CAE experience.
  • Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi.
