Job Summary

We are seeking a Research and Documentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our unit, you will support technical experts by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data from the field.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's/Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, NRM, or Business and 4 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management and communication; 2 years of experience in value chain promotion.

About this Role

  • Collect, analyze, and present data from the field to support technical experts.
  • Record stakeholder findings meticulously and present them in appropriate technical formats (maps, visualisations).
  • Assist in the development and drafting of value chain strategies and final reports, including supplementing deliverables with relevant visuals and photographs.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of the value chain development process.

Requirements

  • Master's/Diploma in Environmental Science, Forestry, NRM, or Business.
  • English & Hindi language proficiency.
  • 4 years of professional experience in sustainability, natural resources management and communication; 2 years of experience in value chain promotion.
