About the Role:

Commissioning Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the testing and commissioning of MEP systems in data centre projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in MEP Testing and Commissioning, with experience in data centre projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Testing and Commissioning (CxA) of MEP systems in data centre projects.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and ensure seamless execution of commissioning activities.
  • Conduct FWT/FAT inspections, ensuring quality material delivery and adherence to approved engineering drawings and TDS.
  • Perform QA/QC checks and assist in energization, SOO, and IST as per approved scripts and procedures.
  • Utilize digital tools for tracking and maintaining visibility to stakeholders.
  • Manage closing of observations from stakeholders and IRLs for smooth commissioning of data centres.
  • Develop systems and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a customer-centric approach to enhance loyalty and retention.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience: Minimum 10-12 years
  • Qualification: BE Electrical / Mechanical
  • Strong experience in MEP Testing and Commissioning for data centres.
  • Proven knowledge of quality checks, coordination, and monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience with CxA and digital commissioning tools.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in Data Centre projects is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills for coordination with clients and internal teams.
