Job Title: Financial Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the entire accounts payable process, from vendor invoice verification to payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Review and code invoices with appropriate account and project codes.
  • Process payments in accordance with schedules and guidelines.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly.
  • Post necessary rectification journal entries or intercompany entries as required.
  • Work on prepaid or amortization treatments in line with organizational policies.
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
  • Support audit requirements and maintain proper documentation.
  • Monitor and maintain internal control procedures.
  • Contribute towards process improvement and automation ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CA Inter or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Financial Analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
