Project Lead Engineer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of engineering deliverables, and maintaining high-quality results. Key responsibilities include preparing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Schedule Management: Oversee the creation and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Budgeting: Establish and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost optimization.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams towards successful outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in project engineering management functions for large-scale plant projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, project planning, schedule management, budgeting, and team coordination skills.
