Job Description

The position involves managing all aspects of the tendering and proposal development process for projects in various sectors, including Carbon Markets, Renewable Energy, and Environmental Services.

This includes preparing and submitting tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client and sector requirements, reviewing tender documents to identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables, collaborating with internal teams to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials, drafting high-quality technical and commercial proposals, and tracking and monitoring relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need relevant qualifications with 2-6 years of experience in Tender Management, strong knowledge of tendering procedures in government, corporate, or donor-funded projects, proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent writing and communication skills, ability to coordinate across departments, and strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
