We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Stylist to collaborate with our teams on visually stunning advertising campaigns, shoots, and brand projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with creative directors, art directors, photographers, and other team members to develop and execute captivating styling concepts.
  • Conduct in-depth research on brand guidelines, market trends, cultural references, and other relevant sources to create impactful and visually appealing styling ideas.
  • Manage every aspect of styling for shoots, including wardrobe selection, accessory curation, prop sourcing, set dressing, and overall visual mood.
  • Source and organize styling materials, ensuring seamless alignment with campaign creative direction and artistic vision.
  • Oversee fittings, alterations, and shoot-day styling to guarantee consistency and brand cohesion.
  • Maintain and build relationships with vendors, designers, prop houses, rental studios, and other valuable partners.
  • Train junior stylists or interns on styling techniques, sourcing strategies, and set coordination best practices.
  • Meet deadlines and deliver top-notch styling while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience as a stylist in an advertising or media agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse styling projects for various brands.
  • Exceptional sense of aesthetics, color, textures, and composition.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into powerful visual styling statements.
  • Outstanding sourcing skills and vendor network in apparel, accessories, and props.
  • Superb organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of current fashion, design, and cultural trends.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Preferences:

  • Experience in styling for multiple industries (FMCG, lifestyle, luxury, tech, etc.).
  • Familiarity with set design and prop styling in addition to wardrobe styling.
