We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to join our design team as a Junior Graphic Designer. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a solid foundation in visual storytelling and gain exposure to client campaigns, branding, and social media assets.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for assisting in design execution, creating visuals for digital platforms under the guidance of senior designers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in Design Execution: Create visuals for digital platforms under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Supporting in Asset Development: Help design social media graphics, client decks, print materials, and digital ads.
  • Learning Brand Guidelines: Understand and apply client-specific brand elements consistently.
  • Participating in Brainstorms: Contribute creative ideas in internal design and campaign planning meetings.
  • Organizing Design Files: Maintain proper documentation and storage of ongoing project assets.
  • Collaborating Cross-functionally: Work with social media and marketing teams to ensure timely asset delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or final-year student).
  • 0–1 year of experience (internships or freelancing considered).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva or other design tools.
  • Understanding of visual balance, typography, and color theory.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow.
