Develop solutions using Salesforce Community Cloud to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Community Cloud features to meet business objectives.
  • Create new and enhanced functionality in the Salesforce platform using declarative and programmatic solutions.
  • Optimize performance by analyzing scalability and reliability components.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks through effective analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Maintain consistency in building, packaging, and testing applications for continuous integration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of Experience Cloud experience on high-user-volume projects (over 500 users).
  • 5+ years of Experience Cloud project experience supporting various licensing models.
  • Proficiency in Community templates and portal solutions design.
  • Demonstrable communication skills to convey technical complexities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
  • Content management and database concepts expertise.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Certified Community Cloud Consultant.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator.
  • Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (optional).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; minimum 9 years of work experience. (Associates Degree requires minimum 6 years of work experience).
