Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) / Accounting Package (AP) Certified Senior Developer / Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with deep expertise in FSC and AP modules.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions, collaborating with global teams, and ensuring the platform aligns with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using FSC and AP modules

- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validations, and approval processes

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and integrations

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Perform system testing, debugging, and performance optimization

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines

- Lead or mentor junior developers (for Senior Developer role)

- Manage deployments using Salesforce DX, change sets, or CI/CD tools

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Salesforce FSC and/or AP certification - mandatory

- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience

- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL

- Hands-on experience in FSC customization and Accounting Package module

- Good understanding of Salesforce data model and security model

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have :
- Other Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.)

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Exposure to large-scale, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
