Electrical Team Lead

This is a key position that requires leadership and project delivery skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Represent the company independently in client meetings, design reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Manage workload, resourcing, and performance of engineers and technicians.
  • Undertake technical/quality reviews of projects and ensure compliance with standards and global best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in an MEP consultancy environment.
  • Technical Leadership: Respected designer of electrical engineering systems with broad sectoral expertise.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects.
  • Cross-disciplinary Knowledge: Good understanding of mechanical and other design disciplines.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards.

This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skill sets, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, architects, and partners. A demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior engineers is essential.
