Electrical Leadership Role

As a seasoned electrical engineering professional, we seek an accomplished leader to spearhead our teams in delivering exceptional projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workload, resourcing, and performance of engineers and technicians, while providing mentoring and guidance to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

In this critical role, you will be expected to undertake technical/quality reviews of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and global best practices.

You will champion the adoption of new technologies to improve performance and sustainability, supporting our commitment to net zero by 2030 targets.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in an MEP consultancy environment, with a portfolio across various sectors including Aviation, Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality.
  • Technical Leadership: Proven track record as a respected designer of electrical engineering systems, with broad sectoral expertise.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, financial performance, and complex projects.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients, architects, and partners.
  • Cross-disciplinary Knowledge: Good understanding of mechanical and other design disciplines.
  • Domain Expertise: In-depth knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
  • Mentorship: A demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior engineers.
  • Education: BEng/BSc or MEng/MSc in Electrical Engineering.
