About the Role

We're a cutting-edge startup based in Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, focused on next-generation missions and technologies for future warfare needs of the Indian defence forces.

Our research focuses on enhancing persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms.

Key Technologies:

  • Solar power stratospheric high altitude pseudo satellites (HAPS)
  • Air/ground launched stand-off autonomous systems

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead electrical system and power electronics design activities.
  2. Define architecture, system, and component-level requirements.
  3. Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling, etc.) on new architectures/products.
  4. Ensure design and development meets certification standards & requirements.
  5. Conduct designs/documents/test-plan reviews.
  6. Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification. Prepare associated documentation for company records and design reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters (Electrical/Power Electronics/Equivalent)
  • 5+ years of experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hold on power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.
  • Experienced in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing, and validation.
  • Experienced in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM, and PCB Design tools such as Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiar with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.

Good to Have Skills

  • Experienced in component level & system level certification and standards.
  • Experienced in Aerospace/Automotive domains.
