UX Researcher Position

As a seasoned UX research professional, you will lead strategic initiatives and inspire collaboration to deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define research objectives: Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize objectives aligned with business strategies, user needs, and success metrics.
  • Investigate user behaviors: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Develop research plans: Design strategies using methods such as usability testing, A/B testing, surveys, or advanced MR techniques like conjoint and segmentation.
  • Evaluate and analyze usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize and share insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work with designers, product teams, and management to ensure research directly informs product and feature decisions.

You will excel in this role if you have experience defining qual and quant research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on UX research.
  • Strong research skills: Proven ability with qualitative + quantitative methods.
  • Healthcare/Pharma MR experience: Exposure to studies such as ATU, demand studies, conjoint analysis, segmentation, and tracking.
  • UCD expertise: Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Stakeholder management: Ability to influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Insight translation: Strong skill in synthesizing data into actionable, business-impacting recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • BDes/MDes, BE/BTech, or degrees in psychology, cognitive science, human factors, HCI, or related fields.
  • Exposure to multi-country research projects.
