Job Title: Estimation Manager

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Estimation Manager where you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, managing project billing, and reviewing real estate contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of quality control processes throughout the entire development lifecycle to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications.
  • Management of project billing, including verification of completed work, quantity calculations, invoice preparation, and administration of variations and change orders.
  • Review and management of real estate contracts to ensure adherence to terms and conditions while engaging in contract negotiations.
  • Quantity surveying, cost estimation, and monitoring, particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
  • Leadership and mentorship of a team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry, specifically within similar markets.
  • A strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and audits.
  • A proven track record in managing project billing, preparing contracts, and handling amendments and change orders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address quality, billing, and contractual issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant software such as SAP or other ERP systems for effective billing and cost management.

Necessary Skills:

  • Experience in Estimation and Budgeting within Real Estate

Desirable Skills:

  • A degree in Civil Engineering
