Job Title

To lead and motivate team members, ensuring high levels of productivity and service quality in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, monitor productivity against Service Level standards, perform regular audit checks on client compliance requirements, coach and monitor team leads, manage HR issues, analyze and generate reports for team performance, develop a continuous learning process, and support the Operations Head in supervisory functions. They will ensure adherence to process deliverables, review transactions performed by team leads, supervise and support team members to meet or exceed client quality service standards, and work closely with Team Leaders to manage Team and Individual Performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate is required.

Functional Competencies:

  • Experience in international Voice/Chat process from Telecom Background.
  • Experience in managing ISP Operations with relevant domain knowledge.
  • Good command over spoken and written English.
  • Ability to work in a 24*7 environment.
