Lead Frontend Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced frontend lead developer to oversee the development of innovative user interfaces and experiences.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with React as a front-end development framework, a sound knowledge of front-end development languages, tools, and methodologies, and be able to write cross-browser and cross-device friendly code through responsive or adaptive techniques.

This role requires a proven track record of leading teams, working knowledge of AWS for product development and deployment, and experience using Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD) systems. A strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) is also essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of frontend developers in designing and implementing high-quality UI components and features.
  • Mentor junior developers in best practices, coding standards, and modern frontend development techniques.
  • Develop and maintain reusable UI libraries and frameworks.
  • Work closely with designers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts into production-ready code.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency in our frontend architecture and technology stack.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in frontend development, preferably with React.
  • Hands-on experience with modern frontend development tools and technologies.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
  • Strong understanding of frontend development principles, including performance optimization, accessibility, and security.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
