Frontend Development Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Frontend Lead to spearhead the development of high-performing, scalable and user-friendly web applications using Angular and React.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about leading frontend development, driving innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Drive best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility and responsive design.
  • Manage state management using Redux, NgRx or similar tools.
  • Ensure frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Cypress).
  • Familiarity with analytics and user behavior tools (Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Exposure to backend technologies (basic understanding).
