Job Description

The Senior Manager will head the Marketing and Business Development team, leading in estimation and tendering. Key responsibilities include studying market trends, competitor portfolio analysis, and latest technologies to formulate a strategy for the team. The role requires coordination with various stakeholders, analyzing success and failures in tendering, and ensuring techno-commercial documents are prepared as per specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience
  • Expertise in field personal attributes, including relationship building and communication skills
  • Leadership ability to delegate work appropriately and motivate staff
  • Frequent travel required (30-50%)
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
