Senior Process Quality Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement to lead initiatives in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

As a Senior Process Quality Consultant, you will drive process excellence by identifying opportunities for higher efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience. You will mentor projects using methodologies like Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, and Design thinking.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify Improvement Opportunities
      • Analyze requirements with strong domain knowledge, understanding of client business scenarios, and technology in the digital space
      • Drive top-down opportunity identification workshops and bottom-up ideation initiatives
    • Mentor Projects
      • Mentor/Lead Process Improvement projects using methodologies like Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Lean, and Design thinking
    • Client Management
      • Participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies
    • Process Excellence Culture
      • Design and deploy Process Improvement frameworks for engagements by gathering stakeholder requirements
    • Feedback and Branding
      • Support process owners to drive improvement plans for CSAT at org. level
  • Requirements and Skills:
    • Graduate with 10-15 years of experience in driving process improvement projects/initiatives
    • Project Management skills
    • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Trained Black Belt/Certified Black Belt/Certified Lean Practitioner
    • Good knowledge of Minitab/MS Excel usage
    • Good knowledge of minimum one Industry Domain (BFSI, F&A, S&F, S&P, HRO, Digital)
