**Credit Analysis Role**

Credit analysts play a pivotal part in the investment decision-making process. They conduct meticulous credit analysis of issuers, creating sophisticated financial models to predict their future performance.

As a highly motivated individual in this field, you will have exposure to both public and private credit markets. You will work closely with senior researchers, applying fundamental analysis and data-driven techniques to support investment recommendations and portfolio monitoring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting deep fundamental credit analysis of issuers across industries.
  • Building and maintaining dynamic financial models covering three-statement forecasting, scenario analysis, and recovery modeling.
  • Preparing clear and concise investment memos, relative value assessments, and recommendations to support portfolio decisions.
  • Monitoring existing portfolio positions and updating models based on earnings, event-driven developments, and market shifts.
  • Identifying early warning signals and risk factors at the company, sector, and macro levels.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 2–5 years of experience in credit research, investment banking, or asset management.
  • A strong academic background; CFA, CPA, or MBA in Finance preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and covenant analysis.
  • Familiarity with high yield, distressed, and investment grade markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to synthesize complex analysis into actionable insights.
