Job Description

The Role of Virtual Customer Support Associate is key in providing exceptional support and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.

This seasonal/contractual role requires working variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight/day/late shifts. The work week will be minimum 40 hours with operating hours from 6am to 11pm, Sunday to Monday.

  • Customer requests will be answered through phone, chat, and/or email, including order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
  • Variety of tools will be used to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.

A strong team member will possess:

  • Minimum age of 18 years old
  • Right to work in the designated region
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 10MP upload speed using a hard-wired ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
