Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst to support the development and optimization of our Loan Management System.

The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing product performance, and ensuring seamless loan lifecycle management across disbursement, servicing, repayment, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements.

  2. Translate functional requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  3. Conduct gap analysis to identify system enhancements and process improvements.

Loan Lifecycle Expertise

  1. Understand and analyze end-to-end loan management processes including loan booking, repayment schedules, prepayments, foreclosures, collections, and NPA handling.

  2. Ensure compliance with lending regulations and policies.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  1. Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) for new features and system upgrades.

  2. Validate data migration, integrations, and configurations.

Stakeholder Coordination

  1. Act as a bridge between business, technology, compliance, and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  2. 2–5 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Operations Executive, Business Analyst, or related role in lending/fintech domain.

  3. Understanding of loan management systems (LMS), core banking systems, or lending products (PL, LAP, BL, MSME loans, etc.).

  4. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization.

  5. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

  6. Strong communication and documentation skills.
