Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Opportunity

As a seasoned Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant, you will be instrumental in driving requirements gathering, solution design, and client education. Your expertise will ensure seamless alignment of HealthCloud capabilities with healthcare business needs.

  • Conduct client workshops to gather and document requirements effectively.
  • Translate complex healthcare processes into scalable Salesforce HealthCloud solutions.
  • Configure HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows efficiently.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise (SME) for HealthCloud features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate closely with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Train clients and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality and best practices.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce HealthCloud Functional Consultant.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare workflows, including screening, primary care, and aged care.
  • Expertise in FHIR and HL7 standards.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
  • Preferrably certified as a Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant.
