NRI Relationship Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled NRI relationship manager to join our organization.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.

  • Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance, and investment options.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
  • Participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients
  • Excellent client engagement and customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

You will also need to possess:

  • Knowledge of NRI financial regulations and products
  • Client engagement and relationship management
  • Customer interaction and communication
