Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Devops System Architect to join our team and play a key role in the Newco program. This exciting project aims to enhance Orange Business operational efficiency and customer experience by delivering a greenfield OSS/BSS IT stack.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the System Architecture of one of the program ARTs, which provides DevOps and E2E testing for the whole Newco program.

This is a senior position requiring a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of demonstrated effectiveness as a DevOps/SRE lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage design and implementation governance of DevOps, Test and SRE practices for the Newco program
  2. Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of the Newco stack over Digital Technology Platforms and SRE and QA processes by the Newco program
  3. Analyze ART performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery
  4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient practice of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) as a System Architect
  • Demonstrated track of work in coordination with Enterprise Solution Architects
  • DevOps proficiency: CI/CD (Gitlab CI), containerization platform (Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
  • SRE expertise: designing enhancing SLI/SLO, change management and incident responses processes
  • Testing experience for large scale programs: Test automation and Continuous Testing, Shift-Left Testing, Test Data Management Environment Automation
