Visionary DevOps System Architect

We are seeking an experienced DevOps System Architect to lead the design and implementation of governance for our new project.
The successful candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of the project stack over Digital Technology Platforms.
- Lead the implementation of DevOps and SRE practices for the project.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, SRE, Quality Assurance, and SI Partner teams.
- Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement to enhance service delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to enhance your expertise in advanced DevOps methodologies and Site Reliability Engineering practices. You will develop leadership skills by guiding teams through complex projects and gain experience in strategic decision-making.
About This Role:- This is a senior position requiring at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years of demonstrated success as a DevOps SRE lead.
- A degree in IT Engineering is essential, and relevant certifications are appreciated.
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI).
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- GitOps experience using FluxCD is appreciated.
- Expertise in Observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, OpenTelemetry).
- Proficient practice of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. They should be adaptable to changing environments, demonstrate leadership qualities, and have a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
