Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive end-to-end support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems, ensuring seamless system integrity and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate static data within the Quantum environment, utilizing strong Oracle/SQL Server database expertise to optimize system performance.
  • Troubleshoot, fix, and author Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum, including reports and action-based triggers, to streamline business processes.
  • Identify and resolve interface issues with bank statements and cashflows, leveraging knowledge of treasury processes, including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and fix Cash Xplorer functionality, ensuring timely solutions to users and documenting resolution steps and knowledge base articles.
  • Support core treasury processes, such as In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement, applying working knowledge of the Quantum data model to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Work with Golden Gate and Data pipelines technologies for data integration, supporting integration points between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion AGIS/GL modules.
  • Utilize FIS ticketing system to manage and track support requests, ensuring efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems, with hands-on experience in static data maintenance within financial applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring, with experience authoring, troubleshooting, and fixing Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of treasury processes, including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement, with familiarity with bank statement and cashflow interfaces.
  • Experience with Cash Xplorer configuration and troubleshooting, as well as working knowledge of Golden Gate and Data pipelines technologies.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance requirements for financial systems, with experience using FIS support tools, including the FIS ticketing system.
