Job Description

Our organization seeks an accomplished Production Manager to spearhead the production unit of solar structures. This senior leadership role demands a meticulous professional with exceptional organizational skills, keen analytical abilities, and remarkable communication expertise.

The selected candidate will oversee all operational aspects to ensure timely output while maintaining exceptionally high standards in terms of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise production activities across multiple stages for on-time delivery.
  • Supervise job placement, materials management, and workflow optimization during fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Develop and implement innovative layout plans for new projects, including fixture designs and equipment installations.
  • Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine logs, and breakdown records.
  • Manage inventory levels throughout the production chain and promote efficient material flow.
  • Collaborate with research and development teams to facilitate smooth product integration and structure adoption.
  • Monitor production costs and resource utilization to meet predefined targets and timelines.
  • Enforce strict adherence to Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) guidelines and regulations.
  • Promote lean manufacturing practices, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure quality benchmarks and industry certifications are consistently met within solar structure manufacturing.
Required Skills and Qualifications

For this position, we require candidates to hold a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent, along with relevant experience in solar structure manufacturing or related metal fabrication industries. Key qualifications include proficiency in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes; solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods; familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems; working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools; and strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage shop floor teams and workflows.
