Are you a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills? We're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to drive business growth through insightful data analysis and collaborative leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of our data by gathering, cleaning, and organizing it from multiple sources.
  • Deliver actionable insights through in-depth analysis of trends, correlations, and patterns.
  • Develop intuitive dashboards and reports for stakeholders using visualization tools.
  • Create statistical and machine learning models for forecasting and decision optimization.
  • Partner with product, sales, and engineering teams to meet analytics requirements.
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a product-based company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar product analytics tools is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and convert data into strategic insights.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation abilities.
