Lead Data Insight Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Lead Data Insight Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for big data and analytics, using their expertise to provide valuable insights to the business.

This role is responsible for conducting both recurring and ad-hoc analysis for business users. As a Lead Data Insight Specialist, you will contribute across the analytics lifecycle, including implementation, testing, validation, documentation, monitoring, and reporting.

You will identify process improvement opportunities and design innovative applications for analytics and other teams. Additionally, you will work with LLMOps and MLOps frameworks to deploy and monitor AI/ML models in real-time.

To succeed in this role, you will need to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Data Supply, Product, Governance, PMO, and Technology to deliver analytical solutions.

Key Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles.
  • Proficient in Python and familiar with relevant packages and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM frameworks and tools like Langchain, WatsonxAI etc.
  • Comfortable with development tools such as VSCode, PyCharm, Git, and JIRA.
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Power BI.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
