About a Senior Data Leader

Position Overview

This high-impact leadership role is responsible for building and scaling analytics capabilities to inform business decisions and align with company goals. You'll work collaboratively across departments to deliver actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Performance Marketing Strategies

Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Lead an Analytics Team

Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing analytics team, including data analysts, BI engineers, and data scientists.

Align Analytics with Business Needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics supports business decisions and drives growth.

Analyze Campaign Performance

Monitor and optimize campaign performance using metrics such as ROI, KPIs, and cost-efficiency.

Ensure Data Quality

Work closely with engineering and data teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability of analytics infrastructure.

Drive Growth Initiatives

Use retargeting, CRM-based campaigns, and advanced segmentation strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements
  • 8-10 Years of Experience

Proven experience in analytics, business intelligence, or growth roles with at least 4+ years leading analytics teams in a B2B SaaS company.

In-depth Knowledge of Performance Marketing Channels

Familiarity with search engines, social media platforms, and other digital channels.

B2B SaaS Marketing Experience

Proven track record of executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.

Strong Proficiency with Analytics Tools

Expertise with tools such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, SQL, and data modeling concepts.

Ability to Translate Complex Data into Compelling Stories

Effectively communicate complex data insights to executives and stakeholders.
