About this leadership role, we are seeking a skilled professional to oversee end-to-end factory operations across multiple shifts.

This Factory Operations Manager will lead and manage shift supervisors and production workforce to deliver high-quality output at optimal cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop daily/weekly/monthly production plans across shifts.
  • Drive efficiency and yield through Lean methods.
  • Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures, recipes, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with procurement for raw materials and supplies.
  • Oversee manpower allocation and roster management.
  • Lead trial runs and scale-up processes for new products.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Bakery/Pastry Arts or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in production/plant leadership within bread/bakery/confectionery.
  • Proven multi-shift management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery processes and equipment.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
