  •   Key Responsibilities:
  • Design original artwork and illustrations for various mediums, including product, packaging, and merchandise.
  • Transform conceptual ideas into visual narratives that align with brand values, emotions, and product essence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive visual strategies.
  • Adapt illustration styles to suit different platforms – print, web, packaging, and physical products.
  • Maintain consistency in visual tone while pushing creative boundaries with character design, patterns, typography-led compositions, and cultural motifs.
  • Stay informed about art, design, and cultural trends and reflect this awareness in work.
  • Ensure illustrations meet quality and color standards.
  •   Key Skills & Expertise:
  • Strong grasp of color theory, composition, form, and character design.
  • Proficiency in digital illustration tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar software.
  • Versatility in working across different illustration styles (quirky, modern-ethnic, minimal, maximal, pop-culture-inspired, etc.).
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to visually interpret emotions, themes, and narratives – while bringing your own distinctive artistic voice to guided creative direction.
  • Familiarity with art, culture, flora-fauna, and mythology is a plus.
  • Prior work in lifestyle, gifting, fashion, D2C brands, or packaging design is an advantage.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
