About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud specialist with a strong background in implementing financial services cloud solutions. The role involves designing, configuring and optimizing FSC features to meet business needs in wealth management, banking and financial services.

This is a remote opportunity for specialists who can demonstrate immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to support financial services business processes.
  • Customize and extend FSC functionality using Apex, LWC, Flows and Process Builder.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into FSC solutions.
  • Configure client data models, financial accounts, households and relationship mapping within FSC.
  • Integrate FSC with core banking, CRM and third-party applications via APIs and middleware.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements and issue resolution for FSC implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years specifically in Financial Services Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of FSC data model, action plans, referrals, client lifecycle and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows and automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, profiles and sharing rules.
  • Salesforce FSC Certification or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Consultant Certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Immediate availability mandatory.
