Job Opportunity

We seek a Senior Graphic Designer to lead design innovation for our paper product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative designs considering target demographics, seasonal trends, and market demands.
  • Create original artwork, patterns, illustrations, and typography for various paper collections.
  • Translate design concepts into production-ready files, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Design Leadership
  • Lead the design process from concept to final production, providing creative direction and guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with overall business objectives.
Market Research and Trend Analysis
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify design trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform design decisions and optimize product performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably with experience in consumer product design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing range of design styles and creative solutions.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
