Job Title: Research Professor

The University seeks a highly experienced and accomplished researcher to fill the position of Research Professor. About the Role

The successful candidate will lead and coordinate advanced research projects in Computer Science Engineering, publish original research in high-impact international journals, and present at premier conferences. They will also mentor PhD scholars and research students, guiding their research work and development, as well as secure external research funding through grants, consultancy, and collaboration with industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge research projects in Computer Science Engineering.
  • Publish high-quality research papers in reputable international journals and present at leading conferences.
  • Mentor and supervise PhD scholars and research students, fostering their academic growth and development.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with industry partners to secure research funding.
  • Foster interdisciplinary research and facilitate collaborations within the university and with external institutions.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote research culture and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications and Experience
  • PhD in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in research, teaching, or industry, with a proven track record of research excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale research projects and secure funding.
  • Experience in supervising doctoral research scholars and mentoring junior researchers.
  • Strong expertise in key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields.
