Senior Production Artist

The Senior Production Artist is a pivotal member of our production team, responsible for delivering high-quality print and digital assets.

Job Summary:

As a key contributor to our creative output, the Senior Production Artist will lead and mentor production teams, provide guidance and support, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor production teams, providing expert guidance and support to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Studio Artists, Clients, and QA personnel to drive effective communication and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement efficient workflows using automation tools like EZ Catalog and Data Merge to streamline production processes and enhance productivity.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to drive growth and innovation, identifying new opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Production Artist in a fast-paced studio or agency environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Smartsheet, with experience managing direct reports a plus.
  • Highly skilled in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop production across print and digital deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
