Senior Graphic Designer Role

Our team is seeking a skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with experience in brand systems, campaigns, packaging, print, and social media.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing logos, visual languages, typography stacks, color systems, iconography, and brand guidelines. They will also craft multi-channel campaign assets, create packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, POSM/merch, and shelf-presence mockups.

We are looking for a designer who can work efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Develop brand systems, campaign assets, packaging concepts, and other visual materials.
  • Art Direction: Plan and oversee shoots, moodboards, styling cues, and reference decks.
  • Production & Prepress: Ensure color accuracy, print specs, bleed, overprint, and imposition are on point.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
  • Strong command of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping basics).
  • Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specs.
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
  • Working knowledge of web basics (responsive principles, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints).
