About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Data Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on building core infrastructure that powers real-time pricing and analytics in DeFi.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with blockchain data, specifically in areas such as smart contract event decoding and data extraction or indexing tools.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that convert on-chain events into structured trade data.
  • Build and optimize robust data extractors that handle large datasets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in blockchain data engineering, preferably with knowledge of Go or Rust programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of Ethereum smart contract ABI decoding and event logs.
  • Experience working with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, especially Uniswap V3 ticks and constant product formulas.
  • Proficiency in working with cloud-based services, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with price oracles and on-chain data feeds.
