Job Title: Real-Time Analytics Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real-Time Analytics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing real-time analytics systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable real-time analytics systems using Apache Druid.
  • Analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Druid with various data sources and technologies.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real-time analytics.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing real-time analytics systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apache Druid in production environments.
  • Solid understanding of real-time analytics, OLAP systems, and columnar storage.
  • Proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and data modeling for Druid.
  • Experience integrating Druid with Kafka, Hadoop, Spark, or Flink.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and JVM tuning.
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk).
  • Exposure to cloud-native deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.
