Real Estate Fund Raising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our fund raising efforts in India. Our organization is one of the largest global real estate funds, with a presence across multiple asset classes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise capital for real estate investment projects across various real asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Captial Raising: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to raise captial for real estate investment projects.
  • Investor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors to secure funding.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Proposal Development: Develop and submit proposals to secure funding for real estate investment projects.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement fund raising strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fund raising activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on fund raising progress and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in fund managers, financial institutions, or real estate developers/operators/financial advisory firms.
  • Real Estate Fund Raising experience is essential.
  • A Master's or Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics is required.
  • An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles are essential.
  • A strong team player who can also work independently is required.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modelling, are necessary.
