Job Title: Financial Services Director

3. Business Planning: Collaborate with team members to set goals and objectives, and work together to achieve them.
4. Sales Performance: Foster a culture of high performance and drive business growth through effective sales strategies.
5. Skill Enhancement: Develop and implement plans to enhance agent prospecting habits, calling habits, and overall work ethic.

Requirements:
Persons with sales experience in various industries such as BFSI, Pharma, telecom, Hospitality, Automobile, Real Estate, FMCG, etc., are highly encouraged to apply.
