Delivering Impact in Transaction Advisory Services

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Due Diligence expert to provide end-to-end proficiency in FDD, analytics, and deal support.

  • Transaction Databooks/Workbooks: Deliver high-quality workbooks with precision, minimal rework, and full compliance with industry standards.
  • Deal Team Collaboration: Contribute as a trusted team member on live deals, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure consistent delivery.
  • FDD Reporting: Draft key sections: Background, Points of Interest, QoE adjustments, Summary Financials, and Exhibits.
  • Financial Analyses: Skilled in Net Working Capital, Debt/Debt-like analysis, and complex adjustments.
  • Management Discussions: Prepare decks, lead sections in calls, and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Digital Tools: Leverage Alteryx, Power BI, and other platforms for enhanced speed and data accuracy.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience from top-tier firms or equivalent experience in Financial Due Diligence.
  • Qualification: CA / CPA / MBA(Finance)
  • Team leadership / People management exp.
  • Understanding of Financial Statements, Financial Ratio analysis, Accounting Standards, Financial Concepts.
