About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Acquisition Manager to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. As an Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new customers for our Current Account Savings Account Products.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers through external individual efforts.
- Maintain average quarterly balance and handhold acquired customers for the initial 3-month period to deepen relationship values.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell MF, Gold, Insurance, and asset products to existing customers.
Qualifications:
- Fresher or Graduate with relevant experience in sales preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
