Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead

As a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of application development, from design to maintenance and support. To excel in this role, you should have a deep understanding of customer journey analytics, data stewardship, solid analytical background, and leading other engineers.

• Create and configure customer journey analytics, data analytics, reporting, and visualization.
• Architect and deploy advanced Adobe CJA solutions by capturing, processing, and analyzing multi-channel customer data.
• Develop custom segments, build complex queries, and set up dynamic dashboards that provide actionable insights into customer behavior.
• Optimize ETL processes by collaborating with data engineering teams, ensuring high data integrity and real-time integration with internal and external data sources.
• Utilize CJA's visualization tools to create detailed reports that inform strategic marketing and customer experience decisions.
• Design, develop, collaborate, implement development tasks/activities on a daily basis to create an efficient work delivery.
• Cooperate with multiple stakeholders, including business analysts, architects, and digital product owners.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Guide teams to build, release, and deploy on test environments, following all coding/testing guidelines and best practices.
• Support implementations/rollouts of new features/issue fixes/enhancements in non-prod/prod environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for CJA solutions and processes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Relevant university degree (bachelor's or master's degree).
• Solid performance working as a CJA Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead.
• High interpersonal skills, effective communication, and collaboration in a team, and accountability for tasks and deliveries.
• Complete proficiency in English.
• Strong software development experience in customer journey analytics, data stewardship, and workflow management.
• Continuous improvement mindset, excelling in collaborative work environments, self-driven studying abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5-8 years of experience in CJA technologies.
• Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
