Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize classifier engines using deep learning methodologies.
  • Apply suitable image processing techniques to tackle complex problems.
  • Utilize AI and deep learning to solve supervised and unsupervised learning challenges.
  • Design and implement solutions for intricate medical image analysis issues using Deep Learning/Object Detection/Image Segmentation.
  • Recommend and enforce best practices around statistical modeling.
  • Deploy various neural networks to address intricate problems.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to meet business objectives, incorporating algorithms from standard statistical tools, deep learning, or custom developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive high-quality deliverables.
  • Design and deploy scalable data science architectures for training, inference, and deployment pipelines.
  • Ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability through software engineering best practices.
  • Optimize models for production, including quantization, pruning, and latency reduction for real-time inference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in software engineering with Python (or other languages used in data science) emphasizing clean code, modularity, and testability.
  • Excellent understanding and hands-on experience with Deep Learning techniques such as ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers, VAEs etc.
  • Mastery of Tensorflow or PyTorch framework in building, training, testing, and deploying neural networks.
  • Experience in solving Computer Vision-related problems.
  • Familiarity with data, data augmentation, data curation, and synthetic data generation.
  • Ability to comprehend the complete problem and design optimal solutions fitting all constraints.
  • Knowledge of common data science and deep learning libraries and toolkits such as Keras, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Numpy, Scipy, OpenCV etc.
  • Applied statistical skills, including distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs.
  • Expertise in model optimization techniques (e.g., ONNX conversion, TensorRT, model distillation).
  • Knowledge of cloud-native architectures.
