Requirements

 

  • At least 5 years of experience in backend engineering with advanced Python skills.
  • Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS or GCP), with familiarity in Kubernetes/Docker.
  • A proven track record of designing and scaling production-ready infrastructure.
  • Prior experience in startups or evidence of end-to-end ownership (founder, early team member, or shipped independent projects).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional foundation.
  • Bonus: experience working in high-velocity, high-ownership teams (startups, top-tier tech companies, or quant firms).
