In this opportunity as a Senior Customer Trust Analyst – Customer Audit, you will:

  • Prepare responses and evidence for customer security engagements that reflect the status of a security policy, practice, or control.
  • Organize materials for presentation and storage for additional engagements.
  • Ensure engagement tracking meets program requirements.

About You:

You're fit for the role of Senior Customer Trust Analyst – Customer Audit if your background includes:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Years of experience: 5-10 years.
  • Record engagement notes and action items for customer sessions.
  • Meet with our customers to support virtual on-site audits and respond to enterprise and product-level questions.
  • Build upon the information security knowledge base and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the automation tools already being used and identify solutions to increase their utilization for research and population of relevant information.
  • Support and respond to customer inquiries focusing on Thomson Reuters' information security posture.
  • Operate as a key contributor to information security assurance processes for customer trust.
  • Deliver responses and services of inquiries consistently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with domain experts, peers, and partners; and business or technology leaders across the Thomson Reuters enterprise.
  • Partner with stakeholders and team members to collect and track process data to improve customer experience with Thomson Reuters.
  • Populate the internal knowledge management tool with product-level information in a structured approach to enable data mining by partnering with stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer questionnaires in support of customer requests and report on the status of initiatives to all levels in the organization.
  • Communicate audit findings to the wider business, including product management and engineering teams.
  • Report on the current state and identify control gaps to support remediation of findings.
  • Contribute to and achieve business and departmental goals and objectives.
